In Each Individual Room, There Is A Desk, Chair, A Storage Box For Clothes, A Book Shelf, A Desk Light, And A Garbage Bin .

The screening process and other formalities take up some time, but we will do our best to help you move-in on your preferred move-in date!
It is possible to have a room-viewing before moving in. Please send us your room-viewing request from the website of the choice.After reviewing the form, we will talk directly via phone or Skype call before arranging the actual room if you are in a hurry, please contact us via phone.
If every house, you may smoke in the smoking area, it is strictly prohibited to smoke anywhere near the house premises.
In order to move-out, first of all please send “Moving-out Request Form” from our website. There is no penalty fee, but 30 days of rent and utilities will be charged from the day we received the form, so make sure to send your notice at least 30 days in advance of your move-out date.
While we love animals, we don’t allow them in the sharehouse
House manager will throw away garbage.
Also, we provide cleaning service once in two week., Please clean your room by yourself. if necessary there is a respective date for different types of garbage so anyone from the sharehouse can give a hand to get ride of the garbage.
